Michelle earned her degree in dental hygiene from IUSB in 1986. FDH has been enjoying her expertise for more than 16 years now. Michelle and her husband, Mike, have 3 sons and enjoy playing golf and traveling.

Jeanne L.Dental Hygienist
Jeanne has been with FDH for 23 years. She and her husband, Rod, have 2 kids and a beloved boxer dog. Outside of the office, Jeanne enjoys travel, entertaining, spending time outdoors, exercise, and time with family and friends.

Melisa H.Dental Hygienist
Melisa started in the dental field as an assistant for 10 years before going back to school. She earned her license in dental hygiene in 2010. If she's not performing her hygiene duties, Melisa can be found working at the front desk. Melisa is married and has a daughter. She and her husband enjoy time in northern Michigan camping, 4-wheeling, and snowmobiling. She's been a Michigander all her life!

Lacie J.Dental Hygienist
Lacie earned her license in dental hygiene from IUSB in 2024. Outside of FDH, she works one day/week as a receptionist at a dance studio in Granger. With her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time outdoors!

Buffy S.Dental Hygienist
Buffy earned her license in dental hygiene from IUSB in 1995. She's been with FDH since 2019. Buffy and her husband, John, have two boys. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being outside, and spending time with family.

Carin W.Dental Hygienist
Carin has been at FDH over 30 years! She completed her studies in dental hygiene from IU in Indianapolis. Carin and her husband, Dr. Weingarten, have 3 daughters and 5 grandsons. They enjoy traveling and their role as grandparents.

Kathy H.Dental Hygienist
Kathy received her degree in dental hygiene from IUSB and started at FDH 35 years ago! Kathy is married and has two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and making crafts.

Brenda J.Dental Hygienist
Brenda received her degree in dental hygiene from IUSB and has been with FDH for over 30 years. She has two young adult boys and dog named Gary. Outside of dentistry, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks and bike rides, and is an active member of her church community.

Kaitlyn K.Dental Hygienist
Kaitlyn graduated from IUSB in 2017. She and her husband have 3 boys and 5 cats. Other than dentistry, Kaitlyn enjoys plants and travel. She considers herself to be a morning person and embraces the joys and pains of renovating/decorating their almost 100 yr old house.

Denise started at FDH in 1987 as a dental assistant. Later, she earned her license in dental hygiene from IUSB. Denise is married and has 4 boys.

Misty has been a dental assistant at FDH for over 10 years. She is married and has two sons. She enjoys traveling, exercising, and keeping up with whatever sport her boys are in.

Sara has been a dental assistant for over 10 years at FDH. She and her husband, Billy have two girls. They enjoy traveling and keeping up with their girls' sports. She is known as the office prankster!

Esmeralda G.Dental Assistant
Esme earned a certificate in dental assisting from Ivy Tech and has worked at FDH since graduation. She has a 2 year old son and is continuing her education toward dental hygiene.

Kim K.Dental Assistant
Kim has been a dental assistant for over 20 years at FDH. She earned her certificate in dental assisting from IUSB. She has a daughter at Penn, who keeps her busy with softball, and a cute dog, Brady. She enjoys Notre Dame sports, baking, and spending time with friends and family.

Cindy earned her certificate in dental assisting with expanded functions from IUSB. She has been with FDH over 30 years! Cindy and her husband, Mark, have two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking care of her pets, gardening, and exercising outdoors.

Kerissa S.Dental Assistant
Kerissa found her passion for dental assisting in 2018 while attending the Elkhart Area Career Center during high school. Kerissa has been with Family Dental Health since early 2022 and has enjoyed learning new skills and meeting new people. In her free time, Kerissa enjoys hiking, kayaking and traveling with her husband. She also enjoys spending time outside gardening with her many cats and chickens.

Lilly S.Dental Assistant
Lilly joined our team after interning in our office through the Elkhart Career Center in 2018. She loves snowboarding, golfing, cars, and spending time with her family and friends. Lilly has two beautiful cats named Greg and Zuzu.
